What it is: 
A face mask made with the most natural ingredients. Suitable for all skin types.

What I like:
I like the cool sensation of this product when applied to my face. The smell is a bit overpowering but overall I liked it. The scent of this mask makes you feel like its working. It pulls out the dirt and impurities in your skin. The mask dries fast and the funnest part about these things is pulling it off!  

Why I like them:
I like this mask because it feels like it works. It leaves my skin soft  and feeling refreshed. 

How I used them:
I applied the gel directly on my face (which was a little messy I must say) without a brush. I put it on my cheeks, forehead, nose and chin. The product was not anywhere near my eyes but the scent was so strong they began to tear up a bit. I allowed the mask to dry completely and then peeled it off carefully. I rinsed any excess product off thoroughly.

Would I repurchase:
Yes

NYC New York Color

VA VA VOOOOOM!!

NYC New York Color Liquid Lipshine in "nude york city" is a must-have lip product. It makes any lipcolor POP and compliments neutrals so well. Not to mention the smell of this stuff is AWESOME. It smells like coconut or brown sugar (lol two totally diff things I know). It has no taste which I enjoy because some products are too sweet and make me sick when applied in the a.m. This gloss is super shiny and non-drying. If you haven't tried it yet, you're missing out.

The quality is AMAZING considering the price is only $2.49! I would say the shine is definitely comparable to MAC's Lipglass (but obviously a whole lot cheaper). Also, it comes in 10 different shades although "nude in new york" compliments everything! I will say this color is a fav but I plan to venture out and add more colors to my collection. 

NYC New York Color Lipshine is seriously perfect for every occasion. 

After 2 hours of wear. Still moisturizing!

What I like:
Like? I LOVE these things! These nails are the bomb*dot*com! I had to go and BUY more after I tried the ones I received from influenster for free. They look so REAL when applied. I received so many compliments on them. I wasn't sure I would (since I wasn't too fond of the particular pattern I received). However, once applied I thought they actually complimented my tired looking hands and skin complexion.

Why I like them:
They are SO quick and easy to apply. They have a strong hold your nail bed and  lasted through hand-washed dishes. Trust me, They are not your average press-ons!

How I used them:
First, I cleaned my hands. Second, I took a nail file and went over each nail bed to make them a bit more rough (exactly what they do in the nail salon prior to applying nail tips). I found this technique to keep my nails on a lot longer than when I did not do this with my 2nd pair.

Being a mommy of two, I had a lot of hustling and bustling going on while wearing these nails. They were troopers. They lasted through physical work, picking up the carseat, carrying a newborn, washing the dishes, vacuuming the house, typing on the computer, cooking dinner, etc.

Would I repurchase:
Yes! 100%

Would I recommend?
Definitely! I just did :)

Day 12- How you found out about blogs & why you made one.

Sorry I fell off the 30 day blog challenge so I'm going to pick up where I left off which is Day 12.

I found out about blogs I think a couple of years ago when I was on Nutrisystem. I started to record that journey as well but oops! got preggers!! So here I am again trying a more affordable lifestyle change and BLOGGING about it!

Well I made the blog to hold myself accountable and to have a place just to vent and write. I love to write. As a child I had a diary and now I have a blog. lol... It's so much easier to type my thoughts because it goes down faster than putting a pen to paper. So there ya have it.

Weigh-In #5

Down 1.6 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so FREAKIN  happy! I had no idea it would be that big a loss. I thought I would lose point something again. Down 11.4 pounds total for the month of December! And I lost 5.5 inches off my body! What a way to end 2010!

So Friday weigh-in was the BOMB! I really really really like my leader. She is more entertaining than the last! I love ppl with a sense of humor and that's her! So Friday switch was a great choice. I am happy with it.

Today I started my Zumba 10-day challenge. The first DVD was "Cardio Party" and it was so much fun!  I will make a youtube video to post the results on January 10th. Looking forward to it.

Weigh-in Day Switcharoo!

Ok. So I am changing my weigh-in day from Wednesday to Friday! Why? because on Wednesday my meeting didn't even start until 10:30am. I am a early bird and I hated starving myself until that late for my weigh-in. On Friday they offer a meeting at 9:00am which sounds sooooooo much better! So from this point forward my new weigh-in day is Friday. I hope I like the leader as much as I liked the Wednesday one!!! Let u guys know asap...

Day 10- Songs you listen to when you are happy, sad, bored, mad.

I don't really have specific songs I listen to when I'm happy, sad, bored, or mad. I love music and listen to whatever I want whenever I want. My favorite types of music are pop, r&b, and oldies. I listen to rap and some alternative music when I'm in the mood. So yeah... umm.. next question? Lol...
